 Return & Refund Policy 

Thank you for shopping at Pickwicks Coffee & Tea House. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.  

Returns 

We offer a return and/or exchange within 30 days of the original purchase date or delivery date. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund or an exchange.  

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include proof of purchase.

 

Non-returnable Items  

Gift cards, Food, or Drink items that have been opened.

 

Return Process 

To start a return, email customer service at contact@pickwicksipswich.com with your order number and reason for the return. You will receive return instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid shipping label. Package the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the provided address. Using a trackable shipping service is recommended as delivery cannot be guaranteed.  

Shipping Costs 

Customers are typically responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from the refund amount.  

Refunds 

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, you will be notified of its status. If approved, a refund will be processed to the original payment method, which may take several days depending on the provider.  

Exchanges 

Exchanges are usually only offered for defective or damaged items. Contact customer service at contact@pickwicksipswich.com to request an exchange.
