Read the e-gift card T&Cs before you buy. Subject to availability. You can request a refund for unused e-gift cards bought online within 14 days of purchase. Your legal rights are not affected.  

You should read the relevant e-gift card provider’s T&Cs before you buy. Each e-Gift Card sold on Pickwicksipswich.com has a minimum and maximum load value. These can be found on the individual product page.  

We accept all major UK debit or credit cards issued by Visa or Mastercard. We do not accept American Express.  

You can cancel an e-gift card at any time up to 14 calendar days after the day on which you place your order, provided none of the balance has been spent. To cancel an order, please contact us.  

Nothing in these terms and conditions shall affect your statutory rights.  

Pickwicks e-Gift Card Specific Terms and Conditions  

What can I use the Pickwicks e-Gift Card for and how do I get one?  

This electronic gift card (“e-gift card”) can only be used for purchases on Pickwicksipswich.com . You can load any of the present amounts. It’s not re-loadable, and once it’s purchased, we can’t top up the balance or give you a part refund if you change your mind.   
 
The e-gift card will be sent by email and will be delivered to the email address as specified during the purchase journey. Pickwicks e-gift cards can’t be bought in or collected from, Pickwick of Ipswich coffee & tea house.   
 
You can use the e-gift card for full or part-payment towards any products sold on Pickwicksipswich.com.
